对大部分人来说，纹身这种东西光看看就让人感觉到疼。不过在一些国家，比如美国、英国、日本等，有这么一些另类、前卫的朋克青年却迷上了在无麻醉状态下接受身体改造手术，并享受这过程中痛楚的滋味……

别以为类似这些满脸钉钉子、舌尖像蜥蜴一样分岔的图片都是PS的效果，他们可都是货真价实的“身体改造”，在国外也属于一种比较前卫的亚文化艺术，无法被大部分人接受。

不过这种艺术的拥护者们却认为这些改造极具艺术美感，与普通人追求的整形和美容美发无本质区别，而且，这种改造的过程还能让人体验到精神愉悦。

Devotees say tattoos, piercings, and skin implants, like those seen here, are beautiful - and that the sometimes painful procedures used to create them can be emotionally and even spiritually uplifting.

不过，最近，英国一名身体改造师却因对客户进行身体改造而被起诉，审判结果将于今年3月公布。

这是英国有史以来首次针对身体改造提起的诉讼。
